St. John’s International School (SJIS) bagged the Best International School Award, at the Malam NAPEI 32nd Anniversary & NAPEI Education Excellence Awards Dinner 2019, which was held on 28th November 2019 at Palace of the Golden Horses. SJIS was one of the 11 nominated schools, and the award was humbly received by Mr Suresh Dass, the COO of SJIS.
National Association of Private Educational Institutions, also known as NAPEI, selects members who have projected excellent services in the private education industry. With members ranging from early childhood education sector to higher education sector, NAPEI takes immense pride in recognising each sector.
The evening started off with the recital of ‘Negaraku’, followed by a welcome speech by the Master of Ceremony. There were a number of performances that night, including students from the Yamaha Academy of Arts and Music, Erican College, as well as Beaconhouse Sri Inai International School. The event progressed with a welcome address by Associate Professor Elajsolan Mohan, the President of NAPEI and a speech by the Guest of Honour Y. Bhg. Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Mohd. Saleh B. Jaafar.
