SJIS Peaks with Maths Olympiad

SJIS students, Cheah Choon Sam, Wayan Wong Jianwei, Ewan Koay, Tan Jia Jun, Hwang Chaeeun, Kim Dahye did the school proud winning silver and bronze awards as well as a certificate of participation for the Asia International Mathematical Olympiad Union and the International Junior Math Olympiad in Bangkok recently.

Both these Maths Olympiads are internationally renowned for drawing the best minds in the world of mathematics, and with this winning team of students, SJIS is certainly beaming with pride for the glory our students have brought to the school.

Fittingly, the school to show its appreciation rewarded the winning students with cash prizes ranging from RM1000 to RM250.

The students were presented with the prize money by SJIS BOG Chairman, En Mohd. Rusland bin Abu Samah and BOG Advisor, YM Tunku Dato Seri Dr Iskandar bin Tunku Abdullah. Keep it up, SJIS.
